Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! We ship our items using DHL international service.
We proudly offer FREE shipping for orders over 220€ to all destinations we ship to. The shipping rate for other orders will appear on the checkout page.

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days, depending on the destination. 

Please consider any holidays or events that might impact delivery times. Please take into account that the Christmas time the delivery time will take longer.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Tracking your order:

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on your order size, it may or may not have a tracking number and require a signature on delivery. So be aware of the address you put for delivery and who will receive it.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please, be aware, that if the customer wasn’t available during the delivery process, or if the customer provided an invalid phone number and/or email address – the item could be utilized by the delivery company. In this case, we are not responsible for any costs it might have. If the customer refuses the package without any reason, the package will be utilized and we’re not responsible for the costs.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days after you received the package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom-made, also items we have on sale. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping costs for the items that were sent in exchange. Please, be aware – we happily will refund the products’ costs, but the shipping costs will be charged from the price of the product.

Please, reach out to our customer service before deciding on returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will make a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, please send us an email at hello@wallwood.com and our customer service team will guide you through the process.
